Okay this went pretty fast. Usually there is a huge queue at the postoffice but not today! I feel so lucky. I got my package right away and hurried myself home to open it. I totally LOVE it ! Everything about it is so cool, even the stamp on the package makes me happy. It feels so special that someone at the other side of the world shares this passion with me. Or should I say, I share this very Japanese passion with him ^-^

This seller at ebay packed my stuff so well. It came all the way from Japan to the Netherland in a perfect condition. If you are looking for some Bento-items, you should take a look there. Their bentoboxes are so cute.

So I can't wait to make my very first bentobox. And when I did, I will post a pic of it here. Hope that my sweet DD will eat her lunch when I pack it the bento-style, 'cause now she is terrible; giving back 80% of what I packed for her. So let's hope this bento is as much fun for her as it is for me.

Now I will boil some eggs and see if I can handle those cuties :)

Yesterday I took a day off to spend some time with my mother and DD. When I can home I found two notices. One asking me to pick up a package the next day at the postoffice and one note told me to go and pick up another package at my neighbours from number 8. WOEAH Both my Bento orders are so close to my home ^-^ Luckely for me my DH already picked up the package from the neighbours,, and i LOVE it :) And today, as soon as I can, I will hurry myself to the postoffice to get me my new bentogoodies.

In spanning wacht ik af tot mijn felbegeerde postpakjes vanuit Japan arriveren. Bij J-box en op Ebay heb ik mijn allereerste bento-bestelling gedaan. *zo moeilijk* want tja ik wilde bijna het hele assortiment bento-spul wel om mijn nieuwe hoogglans Ikea-keukenkastjes mee te vullen. Maar goed, in overleg met manlief (en kostewinnaar) mocht ik bij beiden 50 euro besteden (inclusief verzendkosten; nog een hele uitdaging) en daarmee heb ik dus een begin gemaakt met mijn nieuwe hobby: BENTO ^-^ of voor gewone hollanders: "brooddoosje net even anders"

Met wat afgekeurde kleivormpjes uit de speelgoedkast heb ik dit weekend al hard geoefend met het maken van kaas-sterretjes, paprika-hartjes en komkommer-figuurtjes.

Ik ben er klaar voor! Het zou leuk zijn als ik er na de mei-vakantie mee kon gaan beginnen :) Ik had bij de Xenos ook nog een aardig muffin-doosje en een prinsessenlunchbox op de kop getikt. En het Hello Kitty Happy meal kadootje kon ook best ermee door als Bento-suggeraat.
